A rather confusing parody. At the end he should make it more obvious that he was talking nonsense. What makes this so scary is that many didn't catch that this is a parody. Not because they're dumb, but because this sounds like something a true liberal might actually suggest! I wouldn't be a bit surprised if many liberals were for limiting the amount of children a family could have or if they were in favor of aborting all pregnancies in which the mother is under 21. The left is becoming quite horrifying and some may actually like these ideas.
