You know, that's not a bad idea. The Admin should be ordinary people, anybody should be able to do the job. If they come in with a clear sense of what's right, that should be enough.

UUUHHHH, Not quite. There are alot of people who have a clear sense of right and wrong. That doesn't mean they're qualified for any administration positions.
