It's becoming clearer. Using PDD 24 as the authority, Clinton took control of damage with the creation of the wall. It made it impossible for illegal Chinese money to be able to nail him in the 1996 election. Power is all that mattered. What he had Gorelick put in place, designed to protect his worthless butt, resulted in the worst foreign attack ever on our land. Thanks, Bill. The legacy continues.
