I see unions as being of a neutral moral value similar to how one may own a firearm for self defense or breaking the law. So long as mankind must unionize, then that purpose must be both clear and pure. Any ambiguity or corruption of unions will turn the social tool of unionizing laborers into a an aggressive weapon against society.
