That sounds like me, though I do eat one more "meal", usually a bowl of cereal.
And I commit the ultimate no-no...I usually eat something around 10pm. I weigh (As of this morning) 105lbs...two months after having a baby. This is the way I've always eaten, excepting pregnancy, and I've always hovered right around the 100lb mark.
*shrug* Further proof generalizations are stupid, imo. Everyone should do what works best for them.
I work a night shift so I never get a full 8 hours...not even 6. So I do snack thru out my "night".
