When asked about the Attagate story Chris Wallace of Fox News said "I don't care about that."

Figures. The whole media has the same reaction. Political hacks all of them. I thought the objective of reporting was to get the story. Apparently not, if the story covers anything negative about democrats.

They were all copies of the same document(s), causing Burgler to give the lame excuse that they were "largely identical," which was "confusing," which is why he destroyed some of them. But, if they were copies, they should have been absolutely identical, not "largely identical" - what he was destroying were the copies that had damning, handwritten notes in the margins. Those copies just had to go, and he returned the others. What the notes said are known only to the respective authors, Clinton admin officials, and Burgler. And he "won't recall."
