When I clicked on your link I got some weird pop-up that said "Outlook Express" - - I don't think it's a virus, though. But I will certainly send Congressman Weldon an email thanking him for his efforts.

Sorry about that! No, it isn't a virus. It's a Windows email program. I got it from a post at another site, and had no problem with the address. Maybe you can just copy the address to use on your program.
