The media, the other Marxists, the islamo fascists hell even the illegal alien lobby, PETA and Green Peace have all lined up hiding behind a 'Gold Star Mother'

Personally I would like to see the other Gold Star mothers get up and challenge her lies..these are the folks that have even more credibility than she does...and there are lots of them..

Naturally the MSM ignores them and parades this crazy women around..

A morning mom..can call the Prez dirty filthy names...and he is too much of a gentleman to take the bait..

The press is just waiting for a confrontation to slander the Prez..and they hide behind this woman and agitate her to slander even more...and right at the presidents private residence to boot..

I really would like to see a group of Gold Star Moms come out and bitch slap this 'woman'

I see she is now blabbering about not paying her taxes. Probably figures they'll amount to quite a lot on all the money she is making.

It seems she did not pay her taxes in the 1990's either.

The Solano County Recorder's Office documents that the CALIFORNIA STATE OF FRANCHISE TAX BOARD obtained a tax lien against her property on September 12,1996.

Document Number: 199600062108

Why are Democrats sitting or standing by quietly and silently?
The more arguments, the longer their media darlings milk this one, the more these Democrats enjoy it.
They're smiling all over their faces.
There are advantages to the Democrat's policy of criticisms without providing alternatives or solutions.
But hold your glee, Cindy is temporary.

Why her family doesn't publicly disown her is beyond me

Let talk. The endorsement from David Duke sounds like she's become a mainstream figure. Hardly - this what the Left and the party of Dr. Demento have morphed to - certifiable crazies who crawl into bed with neo-Nazis and Islamofascists. Yep, that'll rally the country around Cindy Sheehan alright.

Right on target. The MSM knows that if the broadcast her anti-Israel rants, she will immediately be dismissed as a looney. However, by NOT broadcasting these comments, the MSM unwiottingly exposes their OWN anti-Israel bias and their OWN anti-Bush bias.

Right now, I'm not sure who I detest more...Sheehan or the MSM. Sheehan is a nutjob. The MSM is just flat our subversive.

Well, to use a historical analogy, given the choice between sympathizing with Axis Sally and Josef Goebbels' Reich Ministry of Propaganda, I would give the benefit of the doubt to Axis Sally.

It could be plausibly argued that both Axis Sally and Cindy Sheehan were and are being used as pawns.

It is quite clear, however, that both the Reich Ministry of Propaganda in 1945 and the American liberal news media in 2005 knew and currently know exactly what they are doing:..............Everything in their propaganda power to undermine the U.S. war effort.

Give it to Clinton who by now would have had his gumshoes all over her.
Every part of it, and regardless, the MSN would be all over her past.
Should she have a cat or dog, remember what happened in such a case?

They do. The wackos have become the Left's mainstream. In the old days people like that would have been locked up in the asylum. Now they run what's left of our oldest political party. The American people need to hear what they really believe. Sheehan honestly says what the Left really believes when they take off the faux Republican mask they wear and it ain't a pretty sight. Bring it on!

All the world's terrorists are laughing their asses off right now. The liberal media's puppet, who says and does what they can't get away with, is hacking and slicing away at the free world's first real attempt to put them in their graves. The liberals themselves have figured that they can take a few good solid hits from the Allah's Armpit People, because 1) they'll turn any terrorist attack to their own political advantage, and 2) as soon as Hillary gets in office they'll suddenly have to "fix" what Bush did by getting "tougher". They are counting on the US sticking around at least until that happens. And if she takes office, all the liberals will suddenly get amnesia, forgetting everything they said they didn't like about Bush even though Hillary's more or less doing the same things (because she'd have to). Its all very petty, and worthy of liberals.

Since the media hates the climate, flatlands and fire ants around Crawford, I'm predicting most will be leaving by sun up tomorrow.

Which will be about two days before Cindy runs out of money and decides to pack it in.

Cindy had her weekend. Nothing happened. End of story.

Jack.

"That lying bastard, George Bush, is taking a five-week vacation in time of war," Sheehan tells the Veterans For Peace, Mike Ferner. "You get that maniac out here to talk with me in person.

This will not play in middle America.

This is bordering on threatening the President.

Script of Our Radio Ad:

I’m Cindy Sheehan, the mother of a soldier killed in Iraq. Casey was one of more than 1700 Americans who’ve lost their lives in the war.

Recently I read a secret British intelligence document called the Downing Street memo, and was appalled to learn that the Bush administration manipulated intelligence and facts to justify the Iraq war.

Sending our children to die for lies is a moral outrage. Deceiving Congress is an impeachable offense. Please honor our soldiers by urging your representatives to investigate and hold George Bush accountable. See www.afterdowningstreet.org.
Brought to you by CODEPINK women for peace.

You may download this ad by right-clicking this link and saving the audio file to your desktop.

Help Codepink Air Downing Street/Impeachment Radio Ads On Right-Wing Radio Shows!

To support our campaign to get this radio spot aired beginning on July 23rd, the 3-year anniversary of the Downing Street Memo, click here. And you know us. If the radio stations refuse to air our ad, we will carry out a media campaign to make sure that even more people hear about its contents!

Anyone can place an issue ad on the radio. Here are some pitching pointers:

E-mail or call your local radio station and ask them to put an issue ad on the air. Be sure to include:

A clear request and offer to pay for air time

The script of the ad
The mp3 audio file for review and airing
An offer to revise the ad if the content is considered unsuitable to the station.
In fundraising, keep in mind that the price tag for a radio spot can run anywhere from $10 to $800 per airing. They’re priced like airline tickets — it all depends on where and when the ad is run. The larger the market and the bigger the host, the more airtime will cost. If you have questions or are refused airtime, email andrea@globalexchange.org, we’ll help.

Cindy Sheehan in Dallas
What One Mom has to Say to Bush

By MIKE FERNER

“That lying bastard, George Bush, is taking a five-week vacation in time of war,” Cindy Sheehan told 200 cheering members of Veterans For Peace at their annual convention in Dallas last Friday evening. She then announced she would go to Bush’s vacation home in nearby Crawford, Texas and camp out until he “tells me why my son died in Iraq. I’ve got the whole month of August off, and so does he.”

Sheehan left the VFP meeting on Saturday morning and is now in Crawford with a couple dozen veterans and local peace activists, waiting for Bush to talk with her. She said in Dallas that if he sends anyone else to see her, as happened when national security adviser Steve Hadley and deputy White House chief of staff Joe Hagin did later that day, she would demand that “You get that maniac out here to talk with me in person.”

She told the audience of veterans from World War Two to today’s war in Iraq, that the two main things she plans to tell the man she holds responsible for son Casey’s death are “Quit saying that U.S. troops died for a noble cause in Iraq, unless you say, ‘well, except for Casey Sheehan.’ Don’t you dare spill any more blood in Casey’s name. You do not have permission to use my son’s name.”

“And the other thing I want him to tell me is ‘just what was the noble cause Casey died for?’ Was it freedom and democracy? Bullshit! He died for oil. He died to make your friends richer. He died to expand American imperialism in the Middle East. We’re not freer here, thanks to your PATRIOT Act. Iraq is not free. You get America out of Iraq and Israel out of Palestine and you’ll stop the terrorism,” she exclaimed.

“There, I used the ‘I’ word – imperialism,” the 48 year-old mother quipped. “And now I’m going to use another ‘I’ word – impeachment – because we cannot have these people pardoned. They need to be tried on war crimes and go to jail.”

As the veterans in Dallas rose to their feet, Sheehan said defiantly, “My son was killed in 2004. I am not paying my taxes for 2004. You killed my son, George Bush, and I don’t owe you a penny...you give my son back and I’ll pay my taxes. Come after me (for back taxes) and we’ll put this war on trial.”

The co-founder of Gold Star Mothers for Peace objected to hearing that her son was among the soldiers lost in Iraq. “He’s not lost,” she said tearfully. “He’s dead. He became an angel while I was sleeping.”

She railed against the notion expressed by officials in the Bush administration that bringing the troops home now would dishonor the sacrifice of those who have died. “By sending honorable people to die, they so dishonor themselves. They say we must complete our mission…but why would I want one more mother to go through what I have, just because my son is dead?”

The Vacaville, California resident said she first heard of Veterans For Peace in early May last year, during a CNN report about an exhibit of white crosses arranged in rows in the Santa Barbara beach. The exhibit was organized by VFP Chapter 54 to memorialize each U.S. soldier killed in Iraq. Her son had died the month before. “I decided there was only one place I wanted to be on Mother’s Day that year, and it was Santa Barbara,” she told the VFP members in Dallas.

Retired Special Forces Sgt. and VFP member, Stan Goff, today initiated a “Talk to Cindy” campaign to get Bush to meet with Sheehan. Contact information for the White House is: (202) 456-1111 or comments@whitehouse.gov

Mike Ferner: Defend Refusers as Abolitionists Defended Fugitive Slaves

How may anti-war activists support soldiers who refuse to fight Washington's criminal war? At rallies in Columbus (March 19, 2005) and Cleveland (March 20, 2005), Mike Ferner -- a former Navy Hospital Corpsman and a member of Veterans for Peace, who spent three months in Iraq before and after the U.S. invasion -- dared us to emulate abolitionists who confronted federal marshals and protected fugitive slaves:

I'm suggesting we look to the heroic history of Ohioans who in their day fought the legalized evil of slavery.

Just south of here, residents of Urbana confronted federal marshals who had come to capture and return a runaway slave under the Fugitive Slave Act. At the point of a gun the people of Urbana drove the marshals out of town and preserved that former slave's freedom. They knew that morality called upon them to do more than just obey the law.

*****

When the next soldier decides he or she cannot go to Iraq, we must already know which local church will provide sanctuary and not stop there. We need to surround that church with thousands of disciplined, nonviolent citizens for as long as it takes, daring federal marshals to return that soldier to slavery. Ferner spent the month of February, 2003 in Baghdad and Basra, with Voices in the Wilderness, a Chicago-based campaign to nonviolently resist economic and military warfare against Iraq. He returned recently to write about the current situation in Iraq. He is a member of Veterans for Peace and works for the Program on Corporations, Law & Democracy.
