I don't think you have lost any children in any conflict yet it is okay for you to go after the woman in Tx.

You just cant help yourself, can you?

Let me tell you something. While I have not 'lost' any children in any conflict, as I have none; let me tell you what I have lost, okay? I have lost very, VERY good friends, people I considered brothers, people I went through flight school with, people that I loved. I have trained people to fly the Tomcat, who before a year out of school, got killed while training to defend your right to be stupid. Hell, CDR Hank Kleeman, the pilot who shot down that first Fitter, who was commanding the Black Aces the day he shot that a-hole down, died on the main runway at Miramar after ground-looping an F-18.

To do any job in this nations' armed services, is to put your life at risk knowingly and do your damned job anyway Casey Sheehan deserves to be honored, not shamed by that crazy bitch in Texas.

Don't you suggest for a minute that I have not done enough or seen enough to go after that crazy bitch in Texas. Don't you dare.

Maybe, when you are not too busy going after me to learn something, why don't you look up one of my very best friends, Scott Speicher who to this day, we don't know if he is alive or dead in Iraq, before you question whether I have enough bonofides to attack that crazy bitch in Texas.

Don't cross that line with me again.

A while ago you smeared an AH1S Cobra Pilot. But the AH1G thru the latest variant of Cobra and their drivers have played a far more significant and pivotal role in military history than any F14 squadron, thats the facts dog.

Yeah? I remember that post, and you can think what you want, when you remember HOW to think. Maybe after a night's sleep and some aspirin?

As far as significant roles, I didn't know we were keeping score. What a silly way to think about it. But know this, crazy-person; were I a Russian military pilot, out for a ride over unfriendly waters, it would cause me all kinds of grief to know that one moment I could be flying along, minding my own business, and in another moment get my ass all blowed up by a missile fired from 120 miles away traveling at Mach 5, before I could say 'valkyry'.

Have a nice life.

The Raptor is really not a fighter, but a killer. There wont be any 'fights' with the Raptor, which is the best weapon system (after AEGIS) ever devised. Against a Tomcat, or some other fighter, an enemy might have a fighting chance, get lucky, or the other guy might make a mistake.

With the Raptor, other aircraft will just leave the area if they THINK their might be Raptors nearby. It wont kill many aircraft, because it wont have to. The Raptor has the advantage over as many opposing aircraft as it has missiles to shoot. Any survivors would be out-flown until being finished off by the cannon. When out of munitions, the Raptor can run away and not be caught by anything.

It deserves it's own category.

lol the F-15 can't carry the pheonix missile... That missile is what made the f-14 invincible in aerial combat.

Kind of sounds like those heavy cruisers that the German Navy kept in Norway during WW2. "A force in being" I think it was called.

Still.... I like the P-38 ... The Corsair ( even though, they had their own time and day ).
Yes, the F-22 is a very formidable Aircraft, but, the US should not sit on it's laurels and put it's confidence just only in this aircraft ( I am encouraged by the JSF ) but, we should always ( and spending more money ) to keep all of our US defenses up to par, and even beyond the curve and cutting edge.

If you were a pilot, or in any US military service, MY HATS off to you and all of those who served our country, and my respect goes always to those who served and died for defending the country that God wanted us to inherit.
The USA is the best that GOD could have given us in this world, and we must defend her, and defend freedom, because even since the beginning of time, there have ALWAYS been enemy's and forces of Evil wanting to take away our life and liberties ( this is something that is lost with the liberals, Democrats, anti American crowd, that there will ALWAYS be a enemy, and forces of evil ).

My nephew is a US Marine, and he was in the battle of Fallujha, he and a group of Marines got ambushed, and he got hit by 5 bullets, one pieced his arm, 4 hit his chest, but, he was wearing his bullet proof vest.
I saw him 2 months ago, and he was doing well, and he showed me his Purple Heart Metals ( yes, he has more courage, and honesty than John Kerry ) he got his metals the hard and honest way.

Once again, my Hat is off to those who served, and I have a deep respect for all of our service people,,,, and yes...

THIS COUNTRY IS WORTH LIVING FOR AND DYING FOR !!!!!!!!!!
Because this is the best country that anyone can live in and life for.

Something about the arresting gear limited the Tomcats to I think 52,000lbs. Not 100% sure. My only experience with the America was T-2 CQ.

You need to go to bed. I've read posts from you before, and read your work about the XB-70. You do a great job and are normally a coherent writer. Tonight, it appears you have been drinking. When you sober up you might want to reflect on the fact that people who don't even know you can tell over the internet that you've been drinking. What do you suppose people actually in your presence are thinking? Your research and writing ability are too good to drown in a booze bottle.
