Israel has annexed all of Jerusalem but that has not stopped Bush, et al from demanding they give it away.No one has demanded it all be given away. I don't expect the Palis to end up with more than the Haram al Sharif mosques and the Muslim quarter.

What part of all don't you understand? Israel has annexed all of Jerusalem, and that includes the Temple Mount and the Old City.
And yes, the Palis are demanding all of Jerusalem, they don't even bother to say "East Jerusalem" in the official PA press releases any more and the drooling media (Reuters, et al) don't bother to include it for them.
As long as Gaza residents are being forced to leave, why not push the Dome of the Crock off the Haram al Sharmuta?
