Is Camp Kooky erected on private or public land ?

Its on Public land they are on now I believe but they may be able to land their spaceship on a neighbors land across the street from the Bush's church. Supposedly there is a neighbor who will let them land their pod on their 1 acre of land. Space Cadets!
