Interviewed while traveling in Africa, the ex-president claimed, "Africans saw [my impeachment] for exactly what it was: an abuse of power." Do any governments in Africa outside of South Africa have a mechanism to impeach?

"They got it here." Got it where? What does that even mean?
Anyway, a lot of us conservatives were saying at the time he should be impeached not so much for the sex related lies and all that garbage, but for failing to act to protect America from terrorism and other threats. Now we are being proven right. But Clinton's flunkies will never admit to reality.

Of course, in many African countries, an abuse of power is standing operating procedure -- hardly a negative at all.
