I'd be interested. Is there a southbound rest area there? Is that somewhere around Riverland?
I believe it is near Traver.
I've seen it several times but will need to check it out for easy access. There may be another area which would be better. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I know there is a northbound rest stop before you get to Fresno, I think it is near Riverland. Don't know about southbound.
