In any event, TWX's total capitalization is $84 Billion, so even if the arab had $1 billion worth he would only have a 1.2% share...hardly enough to dictate CNN's (only one of TWX's many outlets) political bias.
Finally, Time Warner Cable does not offer Al Jazeera...the only major American service that I know does is Dish Network...so if you have that dish...your subscription does aid the distribution of Al Jazeera.
