THANKS THANKS TONS.
Not too many cheer leaders in these here parts!
It continues to amaze me--resistent to the message, I guess--how many possibly intelligent, alert folks have such a hard time assessing things Chinese.
Certainly China is complex and I doubt Mao had it all THAT figured out.
But neither is it totally unfathomable.
And, it doesn't fit the Western model in culture, psyche, politics, priorities, values etc. near as much as some people seem to want it to in terms of geopolitics.
Ah welllll
Que Sera Sera.
Glad God has it all in HIS HANDS.
During WW II some were afraid that Germany would invade and take everything up to the Mississippi and Japan would invade and take everything up to the Mississippi from the other direction.
Have you even BEEN to China, Quix?
Are you new here?
LIVED there a number of years and LOVED it.
Tienanmen was no fun but . . .
How long did you live there? Or is the extent of your knowledge the MSM and Chinese take-out?
Therefore, . . .
Ipso facto I and like-minded are ignorant, stupid, uninformed, inexperienced, archaic, untraveled, uneducated, backwards, hics and 'obviously' wrong. Is that your drift?
LOL.
Have you even READ my posts dinodino?
Right there is a fundamental assumption. :)
Not as much of an assumption as you might think.
Some communicate only by FREEPMAIL and regular email rather than risk the wrath of
the ALL KNOWING, ALL WISE, SUPER LEARNED, SUPER CAUSTIC, SUPER INSULTING . . .
That's the funniest thing i've seen in a long time, can I quote you on that? I almost spilled my beer, but that would be a sin.
nizainarzuoshu?
Where to begin. The Chinese don't need more space, what they need is a huge market for their products. You know, they aren't stupid. Exactly how do they get all those troops to our mainland without us hitting their ships with cruise missles. But, even more revealing, how is it this incredible statement by a head of the Chinese army is only reported in some whack job web site? It's laughable.
By the way, who exactly are these "powers that be?" Are they the "puppetmasters" or are they the "freemasons?"
I think I have asked you a number of things first.
Your turn.
On this one you can guess . . . unless and until . . .
Love the Northern accent, though.
Its too over the top to be a convincing fraud, but it apparently was good enough to sucker in some of the conspiracy types.
I give it a 4 out of 10.
I can understand your perspective.
You certainly haven't had my 40+ years of researching such topics. And, I doubt you've had anything like the connections I seem to have had dropped in my lap on the Mainland.
I don't even know if you've lived in China at all.
I don't intend to get into the puppet masters issue. Their efforts are brazenly all over even the MSM.
But the best place to start is Isaiah; Daniel 9-11 or so; Ezekiel 30 something or so; The shorter prophets; Matthew 24; Revelation. Then pay more thoughtful attention to the news headlines and selected stories.
I'd guesstimate that 75-85% or more of the puppet masters' plans published in their own hard-to-dig-out in-house organizational documents in 1965-69 . . . have as of now . . . been say 75-85% fulfilled, completed.
Of course, one can ignore all kinds of handwriting on the wall. The ancient king tried to. But was dead the same night.
BTW,
I wouldn't claim that my Chinese was much better than much of anyone's.
My housemates always promised to help me learn Chinese before moving in--then after moving in, insisted they wanted to learn English and more or less refused to help me with Chinese. LOL.
Chinese usually say my Chinese is very good. But they are usually talking about my pronunciation. My vocabulary is quite functional for getting my needs met. But, I'm starting using the expensive ROSETTA STONE this week. Will see how that goes.
BTW, I assume that you are aware that pin yin does put space between words, normally. I guess, unless one is trying hard to be ornery, troublesome and generally disagreeable.
ni zai nar suo shu?
And, methinks the last part of your query may be spelled wrong.
I suppose you decline to use tone marks/numbers, too.
LOL.
Time will tell who has been suckered-in to what.
Won't happen ~ they'll have better luck and more room in Africa!
Nuke 'em Now ~ Bump!
Hardly "chiling". Just silly, and quite unrepresentative of Chinese popular or government opinion. All the young Chinese people I have met want is to speak English and own an iPod.
