I saw Iowa's sister ship, the USS Missouri while she was in Los Angeles harbor being prepared for her transfer to Hawaii for permanent retirement as a museum near the USS Arizona in Pearl Harbor. Although they are warships, they are beautiful examples of the shipbuilders art. Their slender, graceful bows, and long, low-slung silhouette make them quite beautiful.

About time Feinstein woke up and realized that San Francisco has become the bowels of the nation. Bitter Marxist ideology will do that to a person, a city, a political party and, as the Soviet Union finally learned, to an entire people if left unchecked.
