If you don't think that it's an issue then check this mornings newspaper how the Northwest Airlines machinists went on strike rather than sign a contract that allowed a minimum of 53% of their jobs be outsourced overseas.
At least he's trying to outsource the Army's role in Iraq to the indigenous defenders.
