Bush 41 listened to Powell, the U.N., and American journalists who all cried in unison "As long as the Iraqi military is pushed out of Kuwait, we can go ahead with our containment policy of Saddam Hussein and there is no need to intervene militarily."

Some of these same hypocrites are now saying "Bush 41 left the job unfinished when he didn't get Saddam Hussein in '91 when we had the chance".
