What the report didn't say was that when Baez learned of the Pol Pot massacre in Cambodia, because of the U.S. withdrawal, Baez, regretted the movement.
Joan seems to have forgotten too.
I remember reading the interview to Baez in Rolling Stone in the early 80's.

Pete Seeger is probably too old to make an appearance, but we should remember him:
In 1940 he was an Isolationist. Supported Hitler (because Stalin had signed the non-aggression pact). Seeger was a committed Stalinist and if Uncle Joe liked Adolf, then Pete like Adolf too. Pete only favored WWII after Hitler attacked Stalin. For folkies like him, WWII was a war to save communism.
I like folk music.
I have contempt for most of the people who sing it.
