If I'm walking down the street and a drunk pulls over and asks me for directions, am I liable if I tell the route, and then an accident occurs along that route?

If I'm walking down the street and a drunk pulls over and asks me for directions, am I liable if I tell the route, and then an accident occurs along that route? Probably not. However, if you discover a drunk man trying to get into his car but having no luck with the keys, you might well be liable if you help him get in and turn on the engine.
