Funny, according to Dr. Williams and Dr. Sowell, the breakdown of the Black family was caused, at least indirectly, by the "Great Society" trumpeted as the way to save the poor.
Frankly, I trust their grasp of the facts far greater than any of our congresscritters, especially one as dim amd partisan as Rangle.
He's proof that you can be a Marine and serve honorably, and be a scumbag in civilian life!

Well .. these types of documents seem to be all the left has going for them. They are dug up by DU or the DailyKos or MoveOn, and perpetrated as some sort of legitimate type of document.
