Are the UM another left wing religeous group?
The UM hierarchy is definitely a left-qing group. Some individual pastors and many laymen are strong Christians. IIRC, a survey was done recently by George Barna that found that less than half of UM pastors believed in the resurrection, the virgin birth, or the reliability of the Bible. It is a shame what has happened to the church founded by the godly Wesley brothers.
