My viewpoint is to support the internal opposition financially and with propoganda. Chavez is already showing weakness.
Really, do you work for the UN? He is sitting on a large pot of oil, (bring anyone to mind?) He is supporting and is supported by FARC(sp), Cuba and others. His weakness's were shown pretty clearly already and he stiffled and killed the opposition. Ten more years of State Department propaganda might show some pregress, but a .500 from a thousand yard would show more.
