"Schools are dealing with too many problems which originate in the language differences and that takes teaching time away from our American children whose parents do pay taxes."

Our school systems are in fact suffering from the high cost of ESL. (English as a second language.)


-Odd how you would support a bilingual system, oppose English as an official language, yet by your own admission; you: "don't speak three words of Spanish."

I don't have a problem with ESL classes. If someone LEGALLY immigrates here, works a job where they have SS taken, pays property taxes, pays federal taxes, and all in all puts in to the system as much as you or I do, their child is entitled to an education where he or she learns English.
