I didn't see your question being answered so let me try ... yes, the Able Danger info was out for the two weeks prior to the showing of this special, but you have to think that the segment was put together well before that time. My immediate reaction when hearing about Weldon's startling info about AD around the same time the first promo for the NG special was aired was "sucks to be them, their story was likely undercut." But in fact, the special did include the AD information making one wonder how long the story was lurking out there.
