Can't agree with you there. The first amendment protects her, too.

She should have the right to spout whatever hatred she wants.

The real solution is this:

This woman should be ignored.

At least; for these utterances in time of war (it's time of war whether or not the hallucinatory left bothers to admit it), how about she should be arrested, tried, found guilty of treason, and appropriately punished. We have a right as a nation to protect ourselves from our mortal enemies - and those who deliberately help them.
