I'd guess that domestically women rule the roost in 3 out of 4 homes. Outside the house I think it's just the opposite, but not inside. How many husbands can rearrange the furniture without their wife's approval? I'm guessing not too many. If their wife does it though, they find out about it when they get home and everything's in a different location.
