I am really sorry I missed hearing you, but really enjoyed reading what you had to say.

Rush's perception of events continues to astound me, almost daily. When he is 'on', there is no other host, imo, who exudes the passion and persuasion of this good man.

You hear Rush's love of country and his love of personal accountability and personal responsibility-the two main components of achieving the American dream.

That liberals do 'not get' his sarcasm, his ability to inject humor and intense mockery regarding their 'new age garbage', their 'whining' and their lack of a real agenda.

This gets me grinning from ear to ear while listening to him.

I just know he makes the hairs stand up on the back of the leftists who believe they can slip in their culture defeating crap under the radar.

Rush nails um, brings their pathetic actions to light and exposes the same o his wit and passion.

Rush is like a verbal nuclear weapon aimed straight at the marxist blight that crawls around the leftist's creed.

The one thing I wish, so deeply, that Rush, and other talk show hosts who are also patriots would begin to hammer into the American psyche is this:

When liberals whine and wail about 'no WMD...everything is a lie...etc', the response should be...when a nation has the means, along with other nations, the belief, that a rogue dictator is sponsoring terrorism (ie Saddam-paying off Palestinian families of homicide bombers, allowing terrorists within their borders, etc) then it is the RESPONSIBILITY of that nation to act. Our President forewarned of this in his address to congress after 9/11.

And especially, concrete action needs to ensue, when, a dictator who invaded another country (Iraq vs Kuwait) and is beaten BACK refuses to abide by the UN resolutions ..... SEVENTEEN of them ....

If UN resolutions are to MEAN anything, especially when laid upon an agressive nation that attacked a neighbor (hell...Saddam is LUCKY he was no taken out after the tried to crush Kuwait ), then they MUST BE ENFORCED. Period.

President Bush gave SADDAM every chance...and then some.. to COMPLY.....He evened warned Saddam TWENTY FOUR HOURS, PUBLICALLY, BEFORE we began our ASSAULT...

Doing so, was not only incredibly fair, but gave Saddam the CHANCE to choose between REAL INSPECTIONS (once again, even after he had been ignoring SEVENTEEN RESOLUTIONS) or WAR.

THEREFORE IT WAS SADDAM's CHOICE that the IRAQ WAR went forward. PERIOD.

As he ( Saddam ) was given EVERY CHANCE to comply with the UN RESOLUTIONS! Saddam CHOSE not to comply.....HE WANTED TO GO TO WAR!!!

THIS NEEDS TO BE REPEATED......IT WAS SADDAM, GIVEN EVERY CHANCE TO COMPLY WITH UN RESOLUTIONS, WHO BROUGHT ON THE IRAQI WAR.

Our actions, along with our allies had MADE CLEAR that a UN RESOLUTION, as far as AMERICA is concerned.................

MEANS SOMETHING!

Our President also has made good on our pledge that ANYONE who harbors, assists, encourages and supports TERROR is on notice that we will NOT wait until the hour bodes to late to protect our shores. Period.

The UN should get down on its knees and THANK our President and our nation for giving it a much needed shot of credibility and meaning.

Amen Republic! You nailed it!

I would challenge ANY liberal in a debate about the "no WMD" mantra...I would start by asking "can you tell me or describe what a WMD actually is?"
