They get firearms training from Delta force. Their training is "two to the body, one to the head". Three shots.

Shot one: torso, on-center immediately below the sternum.
Target: solar plexus
Shot two: torso, mid-chest high and slightly to shooter's right of center.
Target: heart
Shot three: head, on-center 1" above the brow line.
Target: brain

he is 72 and it was a moving target and not a full time officer. he did pretty good, what about those pros I think in denver or LA that fired 120 rounds at a guy in a truck and only hit him twice.
