The AIP has as one of its major positions the opposition to the war in Iraq. The Minutemen supporters complain about out troops being in Iraq guarding the borders over there instead of guarding the borders back here.

Pat Buchanan is the patriarch of the current anti-immigrant movement. Yesterday he released an article calling for the impeachment of President Bush in which he made this anti-war complaint:
"Where is Bush? All wrapped up in the issue of whether women in Najaf will have the same rights in divorce and custody cases as women in Nebraska. "
It looks to me like Cindy Speaks For The Buchanan anti-illegals movement.
People who call the Commander in Chief a traitor during time of war and belittle the accomplishments of our troops in defeating global terrorism and protecting us from attacks are in the Cindy Sheehan camp.
This is the same way the anti-Vietnam sentiment began building and soon even Nixon was running on an anti-war platform. The Bush-haters will use anything they can to undermine him. Illegal immigration was just the start, now its turning into an anti-Iraq war movement.
If those of you who identify yourself as members of the anti-illegal immigrant movement want to prove me wrong its very simple to do so. Just condemn in the strongest of term those who oppose the Iraq war such as Pat Buchanan and Jim Gilchrist; then strongly support our troops, the war in Iraq and their Commander in Chief.
