Come on, people. Who in the world cares what is going on at "Camp Casey?" It should be of no concern to us. Why do we need "insiders" and "spies" to find out what's "going on in secret?" We know what the agenda is. Why would we do this silly thing?
Why would we do this silly thing?"
Because, people want to know.
I am posting this more to tell others what are my conclusions about how you appear to me.
Let me guess: You're a college-aged young man who has been educated in public schools. You hate the radical left, but consider yourself to be a reasonably, tolerant person.
Up until know you have been fairly well cushioned from the reality of the viciousness of those who would like to see the end of America, of all sovereign states, of capitalism, of freedom of religion, and of personal property rights.
Why would we do this silly thing?
Up until *now you have been fairly well cushioned from the reality of the viciousness...
The point is that their public face is not the one they show to each other.
I'm OK with that, but it's all just hearsay unless he's rolling a video camera or tape recorder. For all we know the "spy" has never been out there and is just making it up and phoning it in from the comfort of his home.
We know...but thats not who needs to hear this message. Its the public on the fence. During Viet Nam, the hard left didn't need to be convinced, the peace talks didn't happen until the middle class working stiff was won over. Again no offense.
While you and I and the rest of Free Republic may very well understand what the agenda of the turncoats at Crawford are all about, there are still the vast majority who don't. Especially the older generation who still think that the Democrat party is still the party of Harry Truman.
These folks trusted Walter Cronkite, & they also listen to local radio. The key being it is local as in you know & recognize the announcer & when you start hearing what the real agenda is at "Camp Casey" from a undercover reporter that is in fact a local the report has a greater chance of being believed .
