I think the 3 he was talking about was the MAF, Qualls and then one across the street from camp Casey.
That's my guess. And, as I mentioned in a previous, Kelly looked like he was "reporting" from the ranch. The same old hay bales and sheds were in the background. He probably hasn't a clue as to what's going on in town.
