Star, I lived in Perrine in late 50s, early 60s. I sure am glad I didn't live there when Andrew came through. I understand it took out the section where I lived.
No kidding?? Wow .. neighbors .. Perrine didn't get it quite as bad as Homestead on up to Cutler Ridge -- but it definitely got it. Sad. Praying for the poor folks in the path of Katrina .. she's a deadly system.
