Mary Landrieu's already attacking President Bush - there are 3,000 LA National Guardsmen in Iraq, so according to her any damage or loss of life is all his fault since those Guardsmen won't be back home. I guess there's no one else in LA to help out with storm prpeparations.
Unfortunately, this is true of many "conservatives" on this board that advocate that "Bush do something" --- conservative in everything except knowing anything about the markets, which have made this country prosperous.
