Maybe, but no real Texan would have worn that shirt, not that day anyway. I'm surprised the man didn't require the attention of the paramedics. Looks like he could have used a really big cowboy hat, or maybe a Tejano sombrero. Viking types don't do well in the sun down here. :)

At least he did know to drink enough water. He said was drinking two bottles and hour, and encouraged everyone to drink at least one per hour. I think I drank about 3 per hour ;) , a mix of what I'd brought and the stuff provided.
