I have been off the board, but working all day from home with Fox News on in the background.
So, are my wife and I the only ones who think this storm will not be nearly as destructive as all the networks are predicting? The networks are clearly smelling huge ratings with all of this hype. The anchors were even personally attacking people standing by the shore of the gulf. The talking heads were dumbfounded that the people dared to defy the networks' hype machine!!! Of course, they didn't criticize their camerman and reporter standing in the same place. Really funny stuff.
Anyhow, are we the only ones, or are we just mean, cynical conservatives?
