So "they" are going to bring suit. Against whom?

Pat Robertson the Christian, the Evangelist, the U.S. Citizen?

Got the story another day of air, and Robertson another day of vilification, didn't it?

He(Chavez) said Venezuela could seek Robertson's extradition under international treaties and take its claim to the United Nations if the Bush administration did not act.

Go for it, you barking moonbat.

The UN has no authority over a private citizen of the United States.

Period.

And should the UN attempt any type of intervention in this situation, I submit that it would be the straw that broke the camels back.

The involvement of the UN in the private affairs of US citizens could very well result in the "removal" of the UN from our shores.

The UN has been meddling in our internal affairs long enough. Much of it has been covered up and not reported by the liberal-bias media, but it is slowly seeping out.

There are many who would rejoice in seeing the UN reduced to zero.

Count me among them.

Also count me among the private citizens that can still express an opinion; therefore: I wish someone would assassinate Chavez.

And Jesse Jackass should immediately be charged with treason and collaboration with the enemy.

Despicable, immoral, race-baiting, poverty-pimping, treasonous low-life POS!

Pat Robertson would love it if Hugo Chevez of Venezuela sues him for saying that rather than use an army to "take out" the communist dictator, a hit squad should be used.

George Stepanopolus, (?) the former impeached president Clinton's former advise, said a few years ago that Saddam Hauseim should be assassinated. Maybe Saddam can get some ACLU lawyers who aren't busy attacking the U. S. Constitution to sue Georgie for saying that.

Stepanopolus was right. It would have been better to hire a Jewish hit squad to to in and get Saddam than to send in the total military force of the U. S.

Maybe Robertson is right too.

Only problem is --HOW often since WW II has our own US
Supreme Court allowed the Transmission belt to Soviet Communist dictatorship (the ACLU) submit their godless /errant interpretation of the First Amendment to
stand as legal and binding weapon against the free exercise of the Christian religion by Christians?Allowing
Islam (including Jihad) and atheism -militating our youth against the foundation-all as legal and accepted as American Government school education?

Then his two sons would be running Iraq now, probably more brutally than Saddam.

The entire baathist regime needed to be gone, that's what the new Iraqi constitution sets out to do and why the sunnis are so adamantly opposed to it.

Maybe Hugo should sneak through the Mexican border, illegally ofcourse. Sue Pat Robinson and be granted Pat Robertson's home by some left wing judge. (sarcasm)

Soon, Chavez will understand America and it's lawyers.

What then happens is as follows:
1. He files suit after paying them up front.
2. The suit is tossed out because of the First Amendment.
3. The Judge and the defense and plaintiff's lawyers all leave the court house arm in arm as brothers in the law.
4. Chavez leaves court poorer, but no wiser.
Chavez, welcome to the American "brothers in the law" concept.

5. The media goes berserk over Robertson's acquittal, claiming the the Founding Fathers would never have intended the 1st Amendment to cover speech such as Robertson's, and declaring that this proves the "urgent need" to criminalize "hate speech."

6. John Conyers, Maxine Waters, Cindy Sheehan, MoveOn and Code Pink hold another one of their sham tribunals and "convict" Robertson of crimes against humanity for what he said. The UN then demands his extradition to Venezuela, and John Bolton tells them to stuff it, setting off yet another frenzy of outrage from the media.
