Mary has forgotten the past 100 years of corrupt government in this state, the payoffs, the graft, the utter failure of public servants to serve anyone other than themselves and their families. Including her family.
That is because they've had ineffective representatives in Washington DC. You don't here West Virginians complaining that Washington hasn't invested enough in their state. Say what you want about Bob Byrd. At least he knows how to get the job done.
