Jim Cantore changed his mind about bugging out yesterday. Hopefully, the residents of the Retirement Home were evacuated to a safe location prior to the storm.

No, they weren't. See my post 2,378. The home's mgr. was bragging about the ability of this home to withstand such weather. They were even saying that meals would be served on schedule (business-as-usual).

I swear I'm sticking to my guns on my Cantore Theory of Catastrophic Weather:

"If Jim Cantore does a weather report from anywhere in your vicinity, get out your Rosary, because you're screwed."

I'll be keeping an eye out for him in my area this winter, that's for sure.

You should get some rest -- you've done an ass-kicking job, but you must be all done in!

I heard Jim Cantore in a live report a little while ago. He had been very busy helping to move the residents of the retirement home to a higher floor. He says everyone is safe.
