" I heard somewhere that the levee behind East Jefferson hospital has broken and that the hospital itself is flooding."

I heard/saw that report upthread somewhere. The windows began seeping then water started coming in. It was unknown if it was from rain or flooding.

Thanks for the clarification. I also heard on the tv that somewhere there's 100 people on their roofs waiting to be rescued. Missed the info on the location. God be with them.
