New tornado warning for Jasper Co., GA. (east of Atlanta and south of I-20)
The individual storm cells are moving south to north at 30-40 MPH.
"We also STILL cannot get through to Slidell, Covington, or Mandeville to check on those who stayed. We'll post anything specific & confirmed that we get. One of the "stay behinds" is with northshore EMS/Fire Dept. so the info will be legit."

Thought I heard about the GA tornados--so, I pulled up the Atlanta radar, and it was crystal clear. That's why I omitted the radar from the list. I wonder if it was having a hiccup when I checked it. Weird.
I'm at the beginning of the thread. Just moved back to NYS from Monroe, GA in Walton County. Hope all my friends there are safe. Prayers for Father Dan at St Anna's, especially!
