I don't think it is clear at all to the anti-marijuana people-

To how great an extent the federal government has deceived them about marijuana.

The extent of damage that the government is doing to our population by dividing our population against itself by pitting people who do not use marijuana against those of us who prefer to consume marijuana.

It's not a matter of making enough laws against marijuana to prevent it's use. People who choose to use marijuana are going to do so. It's a matter of how society is going to respond to those of us who enjoy using marijuana. We would all be much better off without the witch hunt.
