If the press were not so PC, they'd dig deeper on this guy. My guess is he's a Mexican illegal who somehow has obtained a green card so that he can get U.S. taxpayer-funded Medi-Cal for his kidney dialysis. Let's see...
The press would certainly never let it be known if that was the case. If he is illegal, though, wouldn't that also be part of the charges and therefore part of the public record? Is there a way to research that?
