someone suggested on Fox -- shoot the B@#$%^'s and then pin a sign to their clothes that says "looter."
I heard that reporter say that too. Although I think he was quoting local officials or something. Good idea though. Nobody has time or resources to deal with that problem. The looters are contributing nothing but headaches and people could be saved with the resources they do have. Time to shoot them.
