It looks like they are taking those folks the wrong way, if they need to evacuate the dome.

You'll notice that those trucks are heading towards the SuperDome, not away from it. By now the water if probably higher, since it's reported to be rising inside the structure. These are likely folks being moved from even more precarious places. Might have to bring in Marine amphibs, which can swim it they need to, and ride on their tracks if they can. Some of the old WW-II (and Korean war) era DUCKs, which were a cross between a boat and a truck, (and were wheeled!) would be even better, since they didn't carry all that armor weight.

I sure wouldn't want to have to do it with CH-47s and CH-46s, but it could be done... if there happens to be an amphibious group nearby with it's aircraft.
