I hate to say it, but looting is extremely low on the list of priorities at this point. They need to spend every ounce of energy getting people to safety not dealing with looters. It's like swatting at flies while the house is on fire.

Look, NO is doomed in its present state. Folks taking food out of ruined grocerystores are harming no one.

If something is not "looted" now, it will simply be bulldozed under if these people decide to continue living in a city below sealevel.

I'd much prefer my tax dollars (if any) go to relocating the place!

I agree. It was to be expected in a city like NO all the looting.

Mayor Nagin and Gov Blanco are two incompetent nincompoops and should be arrested asap.
