It is right, American government approved 3 IL-76TD from 4 offered. They refused Il-62 with rescue team.

It was ~13% of all Russian people.
95% of russian communists became members just because
membership has such benefits like better salary, better
career, free vacation tickets, good health care for family
and of course free own apartments. They were so far from
communist ideology. Last one who realy believed to it was
Lenin, but he died in 1924. Others just played own games.
