Regular went up 28 Cents a gallon over night to $3.26 a gallon and I live in EUREKA CALIFORNIA. What the hell is going on????

What the hell is going on????It's a bad situation. There is a crisis. What does one expect when they haven't built a refinery in decades. This is sick.
