AMidst all this destruction, all this disruption of energy supplies, all this widespread human suffering and the ripple effects of this horrible NATURAL disaster......Does this not bring into focus the absolutely crippling effects a nuclear attack would bring upon this country, in say a nexus of technology and energy like....HOUSTON?????
This makes for a dry run for Homeland Security.
We, the people, would be demanding that the Pentagon take over w/Marshal Law. FEMA just lost all credibility.
The Army Nat'l Guard would take over the interstate highways, and only let through food and power-repair trucks. They would commandeer gas stations and use generators to pump gas for the food trucks.
All surgeons under a certain age, by law, would be immediately drafted. (All surgeons know this.)
