Paid 2.83 in San Diego. The first station (Arco) I went to had no gas. However, I've seen this before at this station so it may have been some other problem.

But, for a rare spot of good news, the head of the EPA is going to permit sale of any regional blend of gas anywhere - until the 15'th of September. I though that was mighty whitey of the guy.
